Cee’s Black & White Photo Challenge – Letters W & X

black-white-banner

Hello all,

Well, I have decided to post two photos for this challenge, and both will fall under the letter W – with a twist. Ready to see them?

Wrinkles

Wrinkles

Took this photo in December 2015 in a private reserve adjoining Kruger National Park in South Africa. Until then I only really took pictures of elephant faces and stuff, but thought a shot of their feet might be cool. What do you think?

Whiskers

Whiskers

This beautiful leopard strolled within 20 feet of safari vehicle in July 2016. He looks just as regal in monotone, and I cropped it in close to show off his impressive whiskers.

Cheers,

Geraint

  1. Wow. Both lovely shots. I’ll have to vote for the elephant’s wrinkly feet if I have to pick a fave, though. It’s an intriguing perspective and so different from the usual animal pic.

  2. Love them both, but yes, the feet have it, so very different. You should send to National Geographic Geraint.

    • Thank you for stopping by and for commenting. Originally thought of elephant ears but I find their feet oddly adorable
